How We Work

Consultation

After initial contact we will arrange to meet up with you and discuss your needs and what you are trying to acheive. The consultation is free as we are at this point only trying to assess what it is you are looking for.

Work Plan

After the initial consultation we will put together a work plan that will point out in detail each aspect of the work to be undertaken. This will also include estimated time lines and the quote for the work. These documents will need to be signed and returned to us so that we can then proceed with the next stage of the process.

Project Agreement and Payment

Once we have recieved the signed copy of the work plan, we will put together a welcome pack that will contain the Contract, Terms & Condidtions and the Work Plan signed by ourselves. Once you have recieved this then we will need initial deposit of 40% of the cost of the work to be undertaken to start the work.

Development

At this stage we will assign a development site for your project to be worked on so that you can check up on how your site is getting on. We will also start preparing designs for you to have a look at. Once a design has been approved then we will start the work in making the design a live website.

Hosting and Domain Names

Once the work has started, we will arrange the hsoting for your website and if you don't have a domain name, we shall purchase one. If you already have a domain name then we will provide instructions on what needs doing in order to make it work with the new site.

Site Completion

Once the website is finished, we will need a final go ahead by yourselves to make sure that you are happy with the work that has been done. Once the final balance is settled, we will make your site live and submit it to the search engines.
